    Deep grenadine colloured wine, expressive nose with hints of berry,chocolate and dark peper well balanced with the french oak barrel toast. In the mouth it ensures long years of good bottle evolution, with firm elegant tannins and a long finish.

    Temperature served – 16 a 18C

    Goes well with secret black pork and partridge in escabeche.
